Greetings from the Kenya Past Cricketers Reunion!

The Third Edition of the prestigious Past Cricketers Re-Union will be held on Saturday, 26August 2023 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Muthithi Road, Westlands, Nairobi. The organising committee comprises of experienced past and present officials, KenyaInternational cricketers and social volunteers and is constituted as follows:

Sandip Shah (Chairman, Former Vice Chairman of Nairobi Gymkhana/Former NPCAOfficial). 

Tariq Iqbal (Vice Chairman, Former Kenya and Swamibapa Cricket TeamCaptain)

Zahid Rajan (Hon. Secretary, Publisher Awaaz Magazine and Festival Director of theSamosa Festival)

Ketul Gutka (Hon. Treasurer, team member of Oshwal Community Cricket Development

and a Former Sikh Union player)

Jasbir Singh (Convener Fund raising and former Captain of Sikh Union and an official of

NPCA)

Subhash Modi (Hon. Coordinator/PRO, Former International Cricket Umpire/Former

Chairman of Kenya Cricket Umpires & Scorers Association)

Rajabali (Immediate Past Chairman, Ex-Officio, Former Kenya International

Cricketer/Former Captain of Sir Ali Muslim Club)

Bharat Ghelani (Hon. Overseas Liaison Officer, based in the UK. Former Club cricketer inUganda and a former cricketer of UK Barclays Bank Cricket Team)

Alfred Boy Njuguna (Former Kenya International Cricketer and Chief National Selector, Cricket Kenya)

Edward Tito Odumbe (Former Kenya and former Aga Khan Sports Club Captain)

 

The inaugural cricketing re-union was held at the Nairobi Gymkhana (Lords of Kenya Cricket)

in 2018 and the second at the Golden Tulip Hotel in 2022. Rajabali the chairman for the first and second editions was the brain child of this important re-union and was ably supportedby a dedicated , committed and experienced team . We are now on hat-rick of functions andhope to bowl over the attendees at the third edition!

The cards will will go on sale from the end of June 2023 and more details of the functionandprogramme will also be made available then. We have arranged for special accommodation rates for overseas cricketers and guests attending the re-union at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Nairobi. Please contact the Chair for further information.
